- I would have to say that if there are any improvements that need to be made then I didn't catch the errors. From what I saw and read on the tutorial, it was pretty basic and understandable.
2. What categories does your information fit into? What were the types of issues, etc. which were revealed via your research?
- The categories that my info. will fit into will be written form. Basically what was revealed during my research while testing my client is that she had a little problem remembering the tutorial without looking at it again. I didn't choose memorability as one of my meels, however that seemed to be a bit of a problem with the person I tested. I mean not everyone can catch on quick. Everyone is different. I happened to choose learnability and satisfaction. The user did learn something new and was satisfied with the instructions provided.
